The Manager of Pricing & Analytics will own and grow existing Pricing & Analytics assets to significantly impact OMNIA Partners' use of data as a driver of revenue growth as a competitive advantage. This role will oversee a team focused on Pricing Assessments and Reporting, with the objective of delivering timely, clear, actionable, and reliable analytics to drive business growth and customer acquisition.

This dynamic leader will lead the innovation for how OMNIA Partners derives, presents, and uses data insights to drive business decisions and actions. The ideal candidate is an energetic leader who has demonstrated success in managing teams to develop and produce data visualization, building and managing KPIs, applying analytical models to large data sets, and in elevating the importance and effectiveness of data insights in decision making and daily business activities. The position requires combining an analytical and sales-oriented mindset to lead and develop teams toward success in overcoming the real-world challenges presented by imperfect data. This position will deliver presentations and reports that simplify complex information and processes and will interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders to help OMNIA Partners create a data-driven culture.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Establish frameworks and standards for the Pricing & Analytics team that includes development of standards, tools and templates for business analysis processes
  • Provide oversight for a team of business analysts and ensure the team delivers solutions that meet established standards
  • Build cohesion within the team and motivate team to produce quality work
  • Create and present contract price assessments that will be presented to customers based on collaboration with the sales team and subject matter experts
  • Responsible for business-related analysis and deliverables including category analysis, savings proposals, savings reporting, and other items as needed to support our internal departments in growing OMNIA Partners
  • Assist in triaging and prioritizing issues related to supporting the sales team and other departments
  • Work cross-functionally with team members at various levels of management from across the organization to create robust solutions
  • Support process improvement activities associated with process inefficiencies and/or new functions currently not performed in day-to-day operations
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Characteristics for Success

This role requires a highly motivated, quantitative, organized, and experienced business-focused professional with a proven record of driving business value through analytics, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, MBA is a plus
  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience; 2+ years of management and leadership experience in reporting and analytics, specifically in connecting business strategy to processes for data management, analytics, data science, business intelligence, and/or reporting
  • Experience with Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, Salesforce, and/or other data analytics and visualization tools required; familiarity with SQL, R, or Python preferred
  • Must be Business-Centric, Data-Oriented, Analytically Minded and Results Driven
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to identify appropriate datasets to support analytics
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to make decisions and problem solve in ambiguous situations
  • Solid critical thinking skills to scope and frame problems
  • Displays appropriate judgment to understand and support business needs
  • Cooperative purchasing in Government or Private Sector is a plus
