The ideal candidate will be a passionate designer who can work across print and digital with a strong focus on packaging. To be successful in this role you must be strong conceptually and creatively, as well as a hands-on designer who is comfortable working with cross functional teams. This role is based in our Burlington, MA headquarters and reports to the Creative Director. This position is based out of our Burlington, MA headquarters location, where we work a required hybrid schedule of in-office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays and remote on Wednesdays and Fridays. What You-ll Accomplish Design compelling and innovative packaging to attract and inform the consumer and ultimately drive sales Utilize problem-solving skills to develop creative packaging solutions Adapt existing artwork for different products or to include new sizes or variations Work with cross functional teams to process feedback, edit artwork and finalize files Contribute technical and production related expertise to build and prepare packaging files for pre-press and printing in accordance with brand standards and vendor requirements Produce packaging renders Partner with our brand and e-commerce teams to create innovative brand-right PDP assets to entice the consumer and drive sales Follow and maintain brand guidelines and design standards to ensure a consistent visual identity across different platforms and channels Who We-re Looking For Team Wellie is a group of people who are truly obsessed with all the best ways about winning for the consumer and the pets they love.
