Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of patient care programs and policies
  • Act as a liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff
  • Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services on assigned shifts or units
  • Monitor and manage staff, provide feedback, evaluations, and performance counseling
  • Build meaningful patient relationships and celebrate their victories

Qualifications:

  • Current RN licensure
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • CRRN certification preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
  • Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience
  • Previous leadership role in an interim reporting capacity
