Primary Purpose of the Role

The Manufacturing Admin Support position will have the key responsibilities of reviewing and correcting daily production transactions along with publishing reports to be utilized by Finance and Operations.

Essential Job Duties
• Review and correct daily production sheets for assigned Hoffmaster facility.
• Validate data and investigate errors.
• Reconcile production sheets to system reports.
• Communicate errors, notes and changes to department leaders.
• Prepare and publish weekly and monthly production reports for Finance and Operations.
• Scan production sheets and support details into OnBase (a secure, cloud-based Accounts Payable automation software).
• Assist Quality Auditor(s) and other departments with production documents.
• Assist with Finished Goods Machine Room Review.
• Investigate variances between operations and material handler transactions.
• Coordinate corrections / adjustments to Inventory Control & Operations.
• Utilize LX, Crossroads and IDF systems to help with investigating errors, maintaining employees, develop training documents.
• Close shop orders and communicate issues with applicable teams.
• Assist Cost Accounting with month-end tasks, report preparation, and distribution of final reports.
• Assist with quarterly inventory counts (data entry)
• Assist Operations and Cost Accounting with data requests
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Attention to detail and precision of information.
• Willing to work and deal with a fast paced, ever changing environment.
• 1-3 years experience with Manufacturing / Mainframe systems preferred
