- Keep precise production and manufacturing documentation, reporting any discrepancies or issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality assurance practices to ensure a secure working environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily production and manufacturing objectives.
- Assist in the configuration and transition of production lines and manufacturing operations as necessary.
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts to boost operational efficiency and product quality.
- Offer support and training to new operators as required.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or an associate degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in production and/or manufacturing settings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the capability to operate and troubleshoot machinery.
- Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency for managing production/manufacturing data and communication.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift materials weighing up to [weight limit] pounds.
