Technical Product Manager - EDI
Who You Are:
- Experienced in EDI product management within complex retail environments.

- Effective at prioritizing budgets and resources.
Role Overview:
- Establish and execute the strategy for EDI.
- Align EDI products with technology and functional strategies using data-driven decisions.
- Foster relationships across the company and with third parties to enhance EDI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with functional teams to align roadmap with strategic goals.
- Advocate for EDI needs across IT products and services.
- Use data insights to identify opportunities and support decisions.
- Create a strategic roadmap and manage product backlogs.
- Lead development, deployment, and optimization of EDI products.
- Define and measure KPIs for product adoption and performance.
- Promote cross-departmental collaboration.
Requirements:
- Proven product management experience in retail.
- BA/BS in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 6+ years in EDI product management, retail, or related fields.
- Knowledge and experience of OpenText and/or Cleo EDI services.
- Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in strategy development and execution.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive organizational change.
