Overview

We are seeking a Product Demonstrator Team Lead to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining event equipment and supplies, communicating with store management, leading the team, and engaging consumers in a professional manner. The position requires maintaining a professional appearance and following food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies
  • Communicate with store management in the absence of the Supervisor
  • Lead and provide knowledge to the team
  • Engage and sell products to consumers positively
  • Prepare and serve food samples following food safety guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and safe work station
  • Complete all assigned work and assist with client visits
  • Prepare and submit all on-line requirements on the same day as Event execution

This role is part-time and may require up to 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Food Safety Professional Certification, if required

Physical Demands

  • Stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Prepare foods using raw products and cooking utensils
  • Be in contact with cleaning supplies

Working Conditions

Retail store environment with limited travel

Language Skills

English is the primary language skill; bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity
