About the role The Director, Marketing Content and Creative Services is the leader of Quantum Health's overall content strategy, development and delivery, as well as the leader of our Creative Services team. This leader is an expert storyteller with proven success in the B2B healthcare space. You will serve as Quantum Health's "editor-in-chief,' creative and brand leader, partnering with business partners, our content leaders, producers and broader Creative Services team to build and execute content, creative strategies, and programs that connect with our key buyer audiences to build value, revenue and continued growth for the Quantum Health brand. You seamlessly blend strategic content vision and creative strategy with up-to-date industry, buyer, competitor and data-driven insights to deliver engaging, differentiated solutions and meaningful business results. This seasoned creative leader is successful "building the plane as we're flying it" in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth industry. You have deep B2B healthcare industry knowledge expertise and proven experience translating dynamic business objectives and complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders into actionable content marketing and creative strategies, plans, programs and campaigns. You are an expert at integrating strategic messaging with the channels and tactics that will reach and inspire our B2B audiences. You are also experienced in building and delivering key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of our content programs. You are an inspiring leader with a history of creating a successful team environment, optimizing collaboration and work processes, and mentoring and motivating teams of talented creatives to produce exceptional work. You are also a seasoned brand leader, ensuring brand positioning and core value props are differentiated, clear, up-to-date and integrated into all creative expression within Marketing, Communications and across the enterprise. What you'll do Inspire and guide the creation of compelling B2B marketing content and creative strategies and programs that engage our key audiences, differentiate us from our competitors and drive results. Collaborate with internal business partners, our content team and the broader Creative Services team to develop and implement a cohesive content and creative vision and content marketing plans that support Quantum Health's market leadership, drive our ongoing growth and align with our overall marketing goals. You are a seasoned player/coach, combining strong content and creative strategy expertise with outstanding team leadership, hands-on content/creative execution and excellent cross-functional collaboration.
