About the role

The Director, Marketing Content and Creative Services is the leader of Quantum Health's overall content strategy, development and delivery, as well as the leader of our Creative Services team.

This leader is an expert storyteller with proven success in the B2B healthcare space. You will serve as Quantum Health's "editor-in-chief,' creative and brand leader, partnering with business partners, our content leaders, producers and broader Creative Services team to build and execute content, creative strategies, and programs that connect with our key buyer audiences to build value, revenue and continued growth for the Quantum Health brand.

You seamlessly blend strategic content vision and creative strategy with up-to-date industry, buyer, competitor and data-driven insights to deliver engaging, differentiated solutions and meaningful business results.

This seasoned creative leader is successful "building the plane as we're flying it" in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth industry. You have deep B2B healthcare industry knowledge expertise and proven experience translating dynamic business objectives and complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders into actionable content marketing and creative strategies, plans, programs and campaigns. You are an expert at integrating strategic messaging with the channels and tactics that will reach and inspire our B2B audiences. You are also experienced in building and delivering key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of our content programs.

You are an inspiring leader with a history of creating a successful team environment, optimizing collaboration and work processes, and mentoring and motivating teams of talented creatives to produce exceptional work. You are also a seasoned brand leader, ensuring brand positioning and core value props are differentiated, clear, up-to-date and integrated into all creative expression within Marketing, Communications and across the enterprise.

What you'll do

  • Inspire and guide the creation of compelling B2B marketing content and creative strategies and programs that engage our key audiences, differentiate us from our competitors and drive results.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners, our content team and the broader Creative Services team to develop and implement a cohesive content and creative vision and content marketing plans that support Quantum Health's market leadership, drive our ongoing growth and align with our overall marketing goals.
  • You are a seasoned player/coach, combining strong content and creative strategy expertise with outstanding team leadership, hands-on content/creative execution and excellent cross-functional collaboration.
  • Plan, develop and deliver differentiated thought leadership and campaign content across all channels and creative touchpoints, including web, print, video and multimedia, email, search, social media, webinars, trade shows and events, e-books, research and more.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product and CEG teams to prioritize audiences against business goals. Develop and execute awareness, demand gen and nurturing programs that acquire and cultivate leads across the full marketing and sales funnel.
  • Support marketing campaigns and product launches by shaping the positioning and communications strategy and producing strategic content and creative assets designed to meet campaign objectives.
  • Lead our Creative Services team of talented content creators, designers and production artists in the production of high-quality and high-impact marketing programs and materials. Actively support a highly collaborative and results-oriented environment, with a culture of excellence and continuous development.
  • Build and implement performance metrics for content programs
  • Lead Quantum Health's monthly Content Council to drive Marketing and Communications stakeholder alignment around content marketing priorities, strategies and resources. Develop and maintain integrated content calendars for brand and B2B growth marketing.
  • Actively stay informed on the latest market, competitive and audience trends, keep abreast of primary and secondary research and partner with Growth and Client Marketing teams to translate these insights into innovative and engaging solutions.
  • Serve as the senior SME for the Quantum Health brand expression across all audience types (B2B prospects, current clients, members, prospective members, partners, employees, etc.).
  • Work with team to ensure persona library is current and complete, with associated buyer/influencer journey maps.
  • Work with team to refine and maintain brand guidelines (positioning, visual and voice) using them across the team and the enterprise to ensure consistent creative expression across all marketing materials and digital content.
  • Leverage best-practice technologies to enable effective and efficient content creation and distribution (development tools, GenAI, resource libraries, etc.).
  • Manage creative budgets and resources effectively with a focus on internal vs. external resource utilization.
  • All other duties as assigned.

What you'll bring

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, public relations, writing, business administration or related fields required. Advanced degrees and/or training a plus.
  • Expertise working with B2B audiences in healthcare, healthcare navigation, digital health solutions and/or related industries is required.
  • Experience: 10+ years' experience in B2B healthcare services marketing, content and creative leadership with strong samples/portfolio and a track record successfully translating complex buyer scenarios and product information into clear, compelling and effective (measurable) content and creative programs.
  • Strong team leadership skills and proven subject matter expertise in core content and creative skillset(s), including but not limited to: Positioning and value proposition development, content strategy and development, copywriting and editing, graphic design, photography, videography, motion graphics/animation, etc.
  • Proven team leadership and strong cross-functional collaboration skills are essential. While agency experience is beneficial, it must be balanced with a proven track record of successfully leading in-house teams and collaboration models.
  • Technical expertise with development, design and business applications (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. Expertise with marketing automation platforms, tools and Google Analytics a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical skills are required-with the ability to leverage market intelligence and research, interpret data and use insights to inform strategies.
  • Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
