Business Analyst - Full-Time Hybrid Role in Downtown Cincinnati

Vaco is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team for a full-time, hybrid opportunity in downtown Cincinnati. We're looking for a talented professional with strong IT Business Analyst skills who is ready to build a long-term career within an organization committed to growth and success.

Key Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5 years of Business Analysis experience.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and analytical abilities.
    • Proficiency in creating and managing test cases.
    • Familiarity with ServiceNow preferred, or experience with call center toolsets and industry best practices.
    • Understanding of API lifecycle management, including setup and teardown.
    • Experience working in Waterfall/Agile hybrid project environments.
    • Comfort with data analysis and assessment is a plus.
  • Technical Knowledge: General understanding of enterprise systems, such as Active Directory, Workday, and similar platforms.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;
