Senior Proposal & Project Manager
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations.
The Senior Proposal & Project Manager will manage multiple projects and proposals of varying sizes and duration including large proposals from a globaland/or federal or state government perspective that incorporate strategy and customized health and wellness solutions. The Senior Proposal & Project Manager will manage both the business and technical aspects of the project.
How you will make an impact:
- Apply projectand proposal management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project and proposal deliverables and processes.
- Assure project and proposal compliance and quality.
- In addition to all responsibilities of a projectand proposal manager, this position coaches and mentors other team members; mentors other project managers; analyzes and determines project scope; develops resourceand project approval matrices, risk, quality, compliance, and scope management plans; develops requirements documents and works in partnership with Sales, SMEs, Shared Services and other related resources; coordinates requirements, schedules calls and related project check-ins and draft reviews; and defines critical success factors.
- Work with Shared Services to develop training plans; identify project team training and tool needs; define, recommend and secure contractual agreements for services and products.
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 5 years professional proposal management experience required during which at least 3 years are spent leading and directing large and complex bids; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)or Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) certification preferred.
