If you are looking for an opportunity to grow as an Assembler, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you Based in Stephenville, TX, you will safely operate tapper, screwdriver, caton, staker, clamp assembly, assembly presses, and side assembly machines.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly.

  • Make minor adjustments to machines as instructed by Supervisor or Setup personnel.

  • Work overtime and change shifts with minimum notice.

  • Maintains a safe and clean workstation.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

  • Good safety, attendance, and performance records.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety

  • Good Organizational skills

  • Posses and demonstrates basic problem-solving skills

  • Working knowledge of safety protocols

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Previous assembly experience.
