Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Assembler to join our team based in Stephenville, TX. As an Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for safely operating various machines, including tapper, screwdriver, caton, staker, clamp assembly, assembly presses, and side assembly machines.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Making minor adjustments to machines as instructed by supervisors or setup personnel
  • Working overtime and changing shifts with minimal notice
  • Ensuring a safe and clean workstation
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety
  • Good organizational skills
  • Basic problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of safety protocols
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
