Job Description:
The newly created North American Stores (NAS) Marketing & Creative team helps customers and clients engage with new, popular and relevant products across categories. We do this by combining technology, science, innovation, marketing and creativity to build new customer-facing features and experiences alongside cutting edge tools for marketers. We are looking for creative, customer-obsessed, curious and highly entrepreneurial leaders to join our new and exciting team.
The Deals Marketing Manager is responsible for driving a best-in-class customer experience, helping to drive deals sales and discovery for North America Stores (NAS). You will be responsible for developing and executing onsite campaigns for both seasonal event and business-as-usual periods, and analyzing the results of these efforts to drive improvements within the NAS Deals Marketing team.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive Onsite marketing campaigns that drive strong customer engagement and attributed orders.
- Create annual strategy based on insights, best practices, and the biggest impact to the business.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project milestones and goals are met, creating personalized and targeted Marketing programs to effectively exceed expectations.
- Dive deep on campaign performance while continually evolving and optimizing strategies based on analyses.
- Provide clear, consistent, and frequent communication to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clarity on Marketing activities and results.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel (data manipulation, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
- Experience with owned and operated marketing channels (i.e. email, onsite, etc.)
