About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst, Tableau, to join our Quality and Supply Chain team. This full-time, exempt position will be located at our Long Beach/Mojave location.

Responsibilities:
- Lead analytical strategies for key initiatives in Supply Chain and Quality.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver analyses for strategic decisions.
- Synthesize data visually and verbally for operational and executive audiences.
- Develop, track, and measure key performance indicators to assess departmental health.
- Create dashboards and conduct ad hoc analysis for real-time insights.
- Utilize statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends and inefficiencies.
- Innovate analytical solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields.
- 6+ years of experience with large complex data sets, data visualization, and data storytelling.
- 4+ years of experience in an analytical environment using data for actionable insights and strategy.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, Python, Tableau, or equivalent tools.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience with diverse data analytics use cases and key performance indicators.
- Experience presenting to and working with executive leadership.
- Familiarity with Big Query / Google technology stack or similar.
- Knowledge of data science techniques.
- Understanding of analytics for quality, supply chain, or logistics environments.
