ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to assist in the development of a sophisticated data model from our risk management platform. This position necessitates a strong background in Power BI development and ongoing maintenance, ensuring effective support for existing reporting tasks, enhancements, and new reporting initiatives.

  • Conduct a comprehensive architectural assessment of current reports.
  • Devise a strategy for reconstruction.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Power BI reporting, with a focus on knowledge transfer to internal teams.
  • Proficient in managing and optimizing intricate data relationships within Power BI.
  • Experience in developing and utilizing Power BI development pipelines and change management protocols.
  • Thorough understanding of the interplay between Power BI Reports, Semantic Models, Dashboards, workspaces, development pipelines, and Applications.
  • Capability to create Power BI visuals and reports from scratch using imported cloud data, primarily from SharePoint.
  • Ability to create, modify, and troubleshoot measures and data queries effectively.
  • Common troubleshooting scenarios include schema modifications, query errors, and authentication challenges.
  • Basic knowledge of dashboard design principles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop dashboards and reports accordingly.
