The Analyst interacts with Senior Management, Operations, Finance and Accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly results. Experience with Power BI is a MUST. Applicants with no prior use of Power BI will not be considered. Responsibilities Support the consolidated reporting efforts for management reporting (US GAAP & IFRS). Support annual budget process Collaborate with business units across the organization to coordinate timely and accurate reporting. Support the Company’s financial reporting and analytical data requests. Produce key financial reports for senior management and external parties Analyze key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances. Develop meaningful content reporting analytics packages (periodic and ad hoc). Exercise strong analytical skills to deliver timely, accurate, and effective analysis and reporting of financial and operational performance. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 2+ years of experience and/or training; required. Knowledge of accounting/finance systems and financial and business principles. Ability to make timely decisions and organize multiple tasks accurately in a deadline sensitive environment. Demonstrated ability to apply GAAP and IFRS accounting practices.
