Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 1 to join their team. As a Program Manager Tech 1, you will be part of the customer success unit supporting activation and acceleration of CSAM execution priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience with dashboards and Excel manipulation, keeping records and making comprehensive reports, and stakeholder engagement which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager Tech 1

Location: Remote - PST hours

Pay Range: $42/hr - $46/hr

What's the Job?

  • Comfortable reaching out to field roles to discuss initiatives, where clear reason for reach out and action by role is defined

  • Following up until action executed

  • Keeping records of activities in tools provided

  • Comfortable reaching out to stakeholders in Corp for help when needed

  • Able to Learn quickly about new initiatives

What's Needed?

  • 2-4 years overall experience in the field

  • No specific degree required

  • Candidates who are not comfortable with flexible hours and managing their own time

  • Minimum 2 years experience with dashboards and Excel manipulation

  • Minimum 2 years experience with keeping records and making comprehensive reports
