For our Speech-Language Pathologists working in schools, that means unique support and experienced recruiters from our School Centers of Excellence to assist you in every step of your career. We're currently hiring in Houston, Texas to support a district in need of a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Speech-Language Pathologist Contract Details:
- $36 - $38 an hour
- School Year
- Bonus: $3,000 Assignment Bonus for new SHC employees with CCC's
- Hours per week: Full-time. 38.75 hours/week
- Start Date: August 2024
- End Date: May 2025
- Location: In-Person
- Details: Full time, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist CCC
- Could be working with students who have difficulty swallowing, or students with communication disorders
- SLP will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team
- SLP will develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans
- Will be expected to establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student

Requirements:
- Master's degree in education or equivalent experience with a bachelor's degree
- Texas SLP License
- American Heart Association BLS
- School Experience is Preferred but not required
- ASHA Certification
