We are a Houston based company looking for SLP contractors to serve a very prestigious school district, KATY ISD. Placements are part-time/full-time as needed.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and grow with us. As a School-Based SLP, you will play a crucial role in providing speech and language services to students, promoting effective communication skills, and collaborating with educators and parents to support overall student success.

Responsibilities:
May Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions.
Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and treatment plans.
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team.
Stay current on best practices, research, and trends in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
Experience working in a school setting is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to special education services.
