Qualifications:
  • Classroom Administration and Planning:
  • Managing WSUL onboarding and engagement and overseeing day-in-the-life activities
  • Develop processes for staff, providers, and managers to escalate questions and concerns about Epic class assignments and registration
  • Provide Epic with the appropriate data to import trainee information into the Epic Training Platform
  • Communicate training registration and completion data from Epic to operational and project leadership
  • Ensure all staff have appropriate Epic training tracks assigned and are registered for Epic classes
  • Secure training rooms, workstations, printers, projectors, screens, barcode scanners, and other equipment needed for virtual Epic-led training and any operationally led DILs that require a computer lab
  • End-User Engagement and Change Management:
  • Set training requirements for end-user system access and get buy-in on this decision from project and operational leadership
  • Communicate with WSULs throughout the project to ensure that they are staying engaged and are prepared to support end-user training and readiness".
