Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Location: Remote

Help Desk Support Tech provides essential support to end users, addressing a wide range of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Document all support interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
  • Track and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize problem management databases and help desk system to record and manage issues.
  • Follow pre-established guidelines and instructions to perform job functions effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • May require occasional on-call availability or after-hours support as per business needs.
Requirements:
  • Drug-screen and background screening
  • Associate's degree in a related area preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Familiarity with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the technical support field.
  • Ability to work under immediate supervision, following established procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with users at all levels.
