Responsibilities

As a Senior RF Engineer you will provide direct support to a DOD Customer for full ,multi-domain effects technology transition and fielding.

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
  • Lead adviser to DOD program managers for the evaluation and transition of advanced warfighting tools and RF Technology.
  • Provide advice, technical guidance and expertise to program staff in the following areas: Space-based systems, Multi-domain systems, RF Technology research and development and Classified technology transition.
  • Oversee the technical efforts of FFRDC, National Lab, or contractor RF R&D studies.
  • Provides detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements for mission critical challenges/issues.
  • Written documentation and briefing of essential job functions.
Qualifications

Required:
  • 10+ years of relevant DoD/IC or relevant industry work experience with no less than 3 years of SAP and or SCI experience.
  • Experience must include RF R&D, electromagnetics, electronic warfare and RCS measurements.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to take initiative, work independently and recognize management issues that need to elevated.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain deadline punctuality during pressurized situations.
Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in, Engineering or Technical Field
  • Masters Degree in, Engineering or Technical Field
Clearance Requirements:
  • Top Secret SCI
