This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. The role is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the new accessibility annotation program with the goal of getting all designers to provide accessibility annotations for all design deliverables.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure designs and pre-development technical decisions will produce accessible results.
  • Partner closely with the Design Systems team, and serve as a coach & mentor to designers, developers, and product owners as it related to accessibility.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital accessibility
  • Experience creating design annotations and serving as a mentor to internal digital teams
  • High understanding of ARIA, as well as WCAG guidelines
