Position Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Tax Consultant to join our vibrant team. This remote role requires a candidate with a robust background in taxation, encompassing individual, corporate, partnership, gift, trust, and estate tax matters. The ideal applicant will possess a CPA or be eligible to take the CPA exam, alongside public accounting experience and familiarity with real estate and high-net-worth individual taxation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review tax filings for individuals, corporations, partnerships, gifts, trusts, and estates
  • Conduct thorough tax research and analysis to ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations
  • Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to guarantee timely and precise completion of tax assignments
  • Assist with tax audits and appeals processes
  • Mentor and develop junior tax associates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline
  • CPA certification preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting or a related field
  • Strong expertise in individual, corporate, partnership, gift, trust, and estate taxation
  • Experience with real estate and high-net-worth individual taxation is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax-related software
