Randstad Staffing is currently hiring Customer Service Advocates for a local financial servicing company in Johnston, RI. You will be handling a high volume of calls and serving as a primary point of contact for applicants and customers. This is a temporary position to support peak volume periods. shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 8 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, customers, and partners

  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service by actively advocating on behalf of customers

  • Address inquiries, provide support solutions, and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships.

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls (200/day)

  • Gain additional information about customers' needs, de-escalating upset customers, and providing solutions to customer concerns/problems

  • Actively listen to customer inquiries to determine their needs and provide accurate information regarding credit decisions based on submitted applications

  • Ensure daily tasks are completed in compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant state and federal regulations.
