This position requires someone with an analytical mindset, experience working with financial statements, ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes to drive business performance and inform decision-making at all levels of the organization
  • Collaborate with the Business Engineering team and leadership on tracking success metrics, KPIs of the business
  • Conduct a Pricing analysis to drive up gross margins
  • Execute the monthly budget to actual reporting and rolling forecasts for the finance organization
  • Work with senior leaders to develop scenario planning
  • Work closely with senior Sales leadership, finance, and c-suite to develop annual sales targets and effective commission plans
Skills - must have:
  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar role
  • Master of complex excel
  • Understands financial statements
  • Worked with Power BI, Tableau, Looker or something similar before
Skills - nice to have:
  • Experience modeling complex revenue streams, not just SaaS
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • CPA and/or MBA
  • Experience in private equity, investment banking or consulting (Strategy and Operations consulting) is a plusbut not required
