Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) functions for our client, a highly respected industry leader in the Eastern Metro area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Own key financial and operational data reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Deliver meaningful financial reports, including written analysis articulating key drivers and trends to support decision making.
    • Prepare weekly financial updates for senior management team, compiling and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting
    • Prepare financial planning activities, including budgets and forecasts, performing variance reviews and tracking investment returns.
    • Interpret and communicate results to Senior Financial Leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement and Analysis
    • Partner in development of financial models, participating on cross-functional project teams, and performing analysis to support strategic initiatives.
    • Function as an effective member of the team, assisting co-workers as needed and learning from colleagues and supervisors.
  • Professional Development and Ethics
    • Uphold the values of the company and the culture, consistently demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and the highest standards of ethical behavior and professional conduct.
    • Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information, exercising sound judgment and discretion in any disclosure of information related to the company and its endeavors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of FP&A experience.
