We are hiring a part-time/full-time mental health therapist available for virtual counseling. Fully credentialed applicants who can transition into our office seamlessly preferred. (but not required)

Oceanic Counseling Group is a leading SC outpatient mental health agency with thousands of sessions being performed each month. We are hiring a part-time or full-time Teletherapist/Virtual Counselor (LPC or LISW-CP) with an active South Carolina license to work in our online division (SimpleCounselor.com). As a clinician, you’ll provide teletherapy/virtual counseling to help treat your clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, PTSD, BPD, marriage counseling, and more You must be a resident of South Carolina. Preferred availability is late morning-6pm.

We will provide:

Administrative Support

Patient Coordinator for New Clients

Supportive Team Environment

Medical billers to coordinate benefits/eligibility and submit claims.

Transfers & Credentialing

Scheduling & EHR Software

Incredible Therapist Referral Program

Direct Deposit, bi-weekly pay

Job Types: Part-time/Full Time Contract- 1099

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour

Qualifications:

SC State Licensed REQUIRED. (LISW-CP, LPC)

Insurance credentialing preferred. (Credentialed already with major insurance carriers, BCBS of South Carolina must be one of them)

Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields

Familiarity with community mental health resources

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Ability to build rapport with clients

Strong leadership qualities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week

This is a remote position.
