Our client, a leading organization in the IT industry, is seeking an IT Systems Support Specialist to join their team. As an IT Systems Support Specialist, you will support various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong technical background.

Job Title: IT Systems Support Specialist

Location: Rancho Cordova, CA

Pay Range: $27 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Provide 2nd level help desk support for enterprise, client/server, desktop computer systems, network systems, and business applications
  • Operate, maintain, and perform repairs on information technology equipment and software
  • Assist with imaging, set up, and deployment for a PC/Laptop telework deployment and monitor upgrade
  • Perform complex duties related to troubleshooting, configuring, performing diagnostics and assignment specific desktop and network hardware and software issues and respond appropriately to customer service requests
  • Operate, maintain and perform repairs personal computers and peripherals
What's Needed?
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems including Windows 10; Windows 11 a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products
  • Knowledge of imaging software and automated imaging processes
  • Ability to lift equipment that weighs up to 50 pounds
  • Valid California Driver's License, Class C
