Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, and decimals quickly and correctly. Skill in practical application of fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions. Skill in performing measurement operations with units in imperial and metric systems. Ability to measure with exceptional accuracy using various measurement tools. Able to read, interpret and follow documents such as work instructions, safety rules, Standard Operating Procedures, and maintenance instructions/manuals to properly perform work. Ability to troubleshoot problems. Willingness and ability to work with other team members and management. Strong work ethic and good attitude towards work. Honest, reliable team player. Safety conscious and comply with all general safety policies and procedures in accordance with Company, State and Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations. Education and Experience: High school diploma, GED or equivalent Tech/trade school degree in maintenance technology or relevant field (preferred) 2 years or more experience in similar role (preferred) Physical Requirements: Regularly use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms above and below shoulder level Regularly stand and walk for 10-12 hours during a shift. Regularly communicate in some manner either by speech/hearing or through written communication. Regularly use of vision abilities including close, distance, color and per pheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Regularly required to push/pull. Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Frequently required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Regularly exposed to moderate noise level in the work environment.
