We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Manager of Lifecycle Marketing and Email to lead our customer engagement efforts across email, SMS, and app channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty, ultimately contributing to the company's financial goals. This role thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where agility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Development:
  • Design and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing programs that nurture customers throughout their journey, including the Venus credit card program, leveraging customer data to personalize campaigns and optimize channel performance.
  • Develop a tailored eCRM strategy with a focus on channel optimization, A/B testing, personalization, and segmentation, utilizing A/B testing results to continuously improve customer experiences.
  • Lead the creation and management of automated and personalized email marketing campaigns, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging.
  • Partner with the Marketing and Data teams to identify high-value customer segments and develop targeted campaigns across email, SMS, and app channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design and deliver compelling new customer journeys. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in eCRM and customer loyalty, identifying new opportunities to enhance customer engagement.
Operations & Execution:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations for email, SMS, and app channels, ensuring flawless execution by maintaining a meticulous focus on accuracy and brand consistency, while simultaneously overseeing vendor relationships with key partners like Attentive, Airship, and Bread Financial.

  • Develop and implement a rigorous testing and learning strategy to continuously optimize campaign performance.
  • Establish clear and measurable KPIs for each channel and work with the Marketing Planner to create actionable plans to achieve seasonal goals.
Analytics & Reporting:
  • Partner with the Data team to leverage advanced data analytics to measure the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of eCRM initiatives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or a related field. A solid understanding of fashion retail is highly desired.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer engagement campaigns in a data-driven manner.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.
