Position Overview: The Manager, Contract Marketing plays a pivotal role in overseeing contracting and related commercial operations activities for Meitheal Pharmaceuticals. This position is responsible for managing the execution of contracting and customer activities, facilitating the development of contract documents aligned with business strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop contract documents/templates aligned with commercial strategies for various customer accounts including GPOs, wholesalers, and Integrated Delivery Networks.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on government pricing, calculations, and reporting, including PHS 340B and federal government contracts and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee Meitheal's State Drug Price Transparency Program and required reporting
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop new contracting strategies.
  • Lead coordination in operational activities such as rebates, contract eligibility, and government reporting.
  • Responsible for the development, approval, and tracking of customer payments and deductions.
  • Evaluate the changing marketplace and make recommendations on pricing and contracting strategies.
  • Establish and manage collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in generic pharmaceutical Contract Marketing management.
  • Strong business acumen, analysis, and judgement skills.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical compliance requirements, including government contracting and pricing.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships internally and externally.

Additional Information:

  • Some travel may be required to conferences or customer locations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with Tableau, iContracts, and Cobblestone is a plus.
  • Contracting experience with Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) and Payors is a plus.
