Due to this success, they are expanding in the Utah market and are hiring for a Commercial Finance Business Development Manager .

As Business Development Manager , you will maximize the value of your expansive network and incredible relationship building skills to create business opportunities for the organization. With your depth of business knowledge and strong matchmaking skills, you will uncover leads in various industries and locations across the Intermountain West Region. Key Requirements for the Business Development Manager :

  • 8+ years of successful business development experience in the financial industry.

  • A well-respected professional with the ability to build relationships quickly.

Key Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager :

  • Identify, find, and facilitate matchmaking for business opportunities requiring liquid solutions, such as business restructuring, M&A, buying, selling, and capital and financing opportunities.

  • Serve as the matchmaker, fostering relationships and building a pipeline of potential business across various industries and locations.

  • Uncover creative lead generation solutions and participate in industry trade shows and conventions to generate high-quality leads.

  • Collaborate with a team of passionate individuals who value and respect each other.
