Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Team Coordination: Coordinate tasks and activities among team members including designers, developers, and content creators to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to the project and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.
