Overview

Our Fortune 100 Client is seeking a Digital Experience (DX) Reporting Analyst. The DX reporting analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing digital experience data and producing reports to support decision-making processes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to ensure accurate and timely reporting.


Responsibilities

  • Generate and analyze various reports related to projects, such as Senior leadership reporting, investible structure, PMO, tech, and digital product MBRs.
  • Collaborate with the team and partners to gather relevant data points and ensure seamless data integration; identify key metrics and KPIs for digital experience initiatives.
  • Support decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular quality checks and implementing necessary improvements.
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders effectively through clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards and data visualization tools to monitor and track digital experience performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product analytics and reporting.
  • Provide support in other digital experience initiatives and tasks as needed.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, business analytics, data science, or computer science.
  • Previous experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in a digital or technology-focused role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Adobe, HEAP, AirTable, Tableau, PowerBI, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies and outliers in data sets.
  • Ability to plan for and meet regular deadlines for reporting.
  • Solid understanding of digital experience metrics, KPIs, and analytics frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management concepts is a plus.
