Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities Develop response for various risk and audit issues Develop overall action plan development process and workflow for various severity of issues Develop detailed action plans for issues identified through various channels, such as Operations, Risk and Audit Develop detailed project plans based on action plans and execute them when necessary Represent operations team to various approval committees and senior management and secure approvals Collect evidence for closure of issues Work with appropriate stakeholders for closure of issues Communicate the target outcomes, coordinate delivery, manage risks, ensure compliance to standards, and provide visibility into the health of the program Establish the target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leaders Establish and build relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk Coordinate and facilitate the program routines e.g. kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule Ensure that execution is aligned with target outcomes by working with the sponsor/stakeholders Track the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership Requirements: Understanding of implementation of payment technology and controls Desired skills: Collect evidence for closure of issues Work with appropriate stakeholders for closure of issues Pay Range: $57.70 - $65.70 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
