North America Quality Center -Office Administrator

Hyundai Motor Group North American Quality Center. (NAQC) is currently looking for an Office Administrator at our Chino, CA facility who will:

To be successful, the NAQC Office Administrator will have the ability to administer multiple programs simultaneously and exhibit excellent flexibility and prioritization skills.

On a day-to-day basis, the NAQC Office Administrator...

  • Maintains key facility needs by:
    • Supporting the needs for any office goods by ordering office supplies as necessary and tracking inventory including New Hire office supplies.
    • Maintaining and addressing team members' concerns with kitchen and break areas.
    • Supporting processing of invoices for utilities, copiers, shipping, and processing other company billing.
    • Supporting overall department initiatives, ensuring accuracy and acting on a timely basis.
    • Preparing meeting facilities for scheduled and impromptu meetings. Setting up a meeting room and preparing to greet visitors
    • Tracking the overall department operating budget.
    • Receiving cross-training in multiple aspects of HATCI/NAQC office administration.
    • Supporting overall Corporate Vehicle Lease program through HATCI General Administration
    • Serving as front desk receptionist - checking in guests and maintaining all security requirements for visitors.
    • Travel administration-assist with arranging travel

  • Be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Maintain a keen awareness of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Be willing to support initiatives that may fall outside the day-to-day activities listed above.

Basic Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of administrative work
  • General project management experience
  • Prior SAP experience is a plus
  • Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
