On a day-to-day basis, the NAQC Office Administrator…
- Maintains key facility needs by:
- Supporting the needs for any office goods by ordering office supplies as necessary and tracking inventory including New Hire office supplies.
- Maintaining and addressing team members' concerns with kitchen and break areas.
- Supporting processing of invoices for utilities, copiers, shipping, and processing other company billing.
- Supporting overall department initiatives, ensuring accuracy and acting on a timely basis.
- Preparing meeting facilities for scheduled and impromptu meetings. Setting up a meeting room and preparing to greet visitors
- Tracking the overall department operating budget.
- Receiving cross-training in multiple aspects of HATCI/NAQC office administration.
- Supporting overall Corporate Vehicle Lease program through HATCI General Administration
- Serving as front desk receptionist - checking in guests and maintaining all security requirements for visitors.
- Travel administration-assist with arranging travel

- Be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Maintain a keen awareness of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Be willing to support initiatives that may fall outside the day-to-day activities listed above.
Basic Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of administrative work
- General project management experience
- Prior SAP experience is a plus
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
