At Penn Oaks Golf Club we offer a wide variety of BOH opportunities including both banquets as well as our members only restaurant. We are currently in search of a Utility worker. We offer a competitive benefits package to any and all employees who average over 30 hours a week after 90 days of employment.

Utility Worker Job Duties:

Ability to clean, stock, and put away dishes, glassware, silverware etc.

Responsibility of sanitation removal including trash, recycling, etc.

Willingness to contribute to the preparation & plating of banquet events along with pantry kitchen work

Rotation of product using FIFO method

Ability to uphold safety, sanitation, & general kitchen cleanliness standards

Qualifications

Minimum 1 years full service restaurant experience preferred but not required

Willingness to work a flexible schedule including Nights, Weekends, & Holidays

Must be able to work on feet for extended periods of time
