Skills:

Should have 5+ years Relevant experience in Desktop Support and Administration

VPN Connectivity/Installations

Hardware Setup/configuration , troubleshooting and replacement.

Deploying Laptops with all the updated software

Standalone Printer support and installation, Network Printers basic network connectivity troubleshooting.

Troubleshooting & performing break fix issues

Office 365 basic troubleshooting

Mobile Device Management (MDM) - Apple iOS devices ONLY

Competent with Zoom Video Conferencing, MS Teams, and WebEx Web Conferencing

Ability to run online/in person production webinars & all hands. ( Teams and Zoom )

Experience with managing and maintaining conference room hardware. ( Crestron, Logitech, QSC )

Good to have skills, Technologies, framework, and Methodologies:

Experience working with spreadsheets, excel, documents, and presentations tools to create and maintain technical and functional documentation
