Candidate Requirements:

  • Must have active CA licensure
  • Board Status: Board Eligible or Board Certified
  • Required Certifications:BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP

Job/Practice Description:

  • Average Callback Hours: Weekday 4.6, 4.4
  • EMR: Cerner Care B
  • Required Procedures: Pediatrics Resuscitation and Intubation, Lumbar Puncture
  • Timeframe: 30-60 days
  • Average Number of Admissions Per Day: 3-5 peds patients, 3-15 NICU
  • NICU is covered neonatology
  • Codes run by EM physicians
  • Attending to newborns admitted to the well-baby nursery

Compensation for this opportunity is highly competitive at $2000 (24/hr rate) + $175/hr (Callback) (4 hours gratis).
