Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce laws and maintain order in the community
  • Investigate crimes and gather evidence
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact effectively with the public

Requirements
  • Current Basic POST certificate
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Currently working with another agency or meet California POST standards for a Police Officer
  • Completion of probation and one year of street patrol experience
