Would you like to help clients obtain their dream outdoor living oasis and bring warmth into their home? Casual Living Fireside & Grillin is a locally owned and operated, offering a vast selection of patio furniture, gas logs, and grilling products.

The Casual Living Fireside & Grillin sales team are responsible for building relationships that last well past the initial sale. They work in a traditional retail/showroom environment with most of the day spent on the showroom floor assisting customers. They will develop in-depth product knowledge ranging from furniture, fireplace log selection, grills and industry trends. They use their sales and design skills, product knowledge, networks and relationship building skills to grow their client portfolio well beyond walk-in customers.

  • Ability to set and meet individual goals while working as a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly driven to meet sales goals
  • Ability to coordinate colors and textures
  • Self-motivated
  • Computer literate
  • Desire to continually learn past initial training
  • Ability to listen and render customer wants and needs into design choices
  • Ability to work a 5-day weekly schedule that will typically include 3 Saturdays a month and business hours until 5:30pm
  • Ability to succeed in a commissioned sales environment
  • Dedicated to being a supportive team member

Responsibilities include

  • Our Sales Specialists are responsible for building relationships that last well past the initial sale
  • Ability to learn in-depth product knowledge
  • Sales and design skills, networks and relationship building skills to grow their client portfolio well beyond walk-in customers
  • Capable of managing time and thriving in a fast paced retail and showroom environment
  • Creating, presenting, and selling product and design solutions
  • Engaging customers to determine their needs according to taste, lifestyle, and investment range
