Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective negotiation to achieve sales targets.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and provide feedback to the product development team.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system, and provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status to management.

Requirements
