Our North America Commercial Organization (NACO) is looking for a talented Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team and report to the Vice President, North America Client Services. In this role you will have the opportunity to provide administrative support to our leaders and their teams with day-to-day logistics and event planning within the Client Services organization.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Provide day to day administrative support for the North America Client Servies Organization
  • Manage day to day activities included but not limited to heavy calendar management for the for Vice President, ensuring alignment with what is critical for executive to attend, provide updates to NACO Client Services email distribution lists, work with IT to set up, manage, and coordinate Teams Live Events, correspondence, expense report management, travel reservations, maintain organizational charts and function specific email/communication lists
  • Organize requested meetings, event logistics, company events through collaboration with internal and external vendors and caterers
  • Submit invoices and process recurring purchase requests, support vendor management efforts with specific key suppliers, and ensure accurate documentation and reconciliation of assigned company expense accounts
The essential requirements of the job include:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education with 7+ years of administrative support experience
  • Experience with external vendor communication and/or management
  • Highly proficient in the following systems: Microsoft Office tools including Teams, Excel, Word, and Power Point


The hourly range for this role is $32.00 - $35.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
