Our North America Commercial Organization (NACO) is currently seeking a skilled Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team and directly report to the Vice President of North America Client Services. In this role, you will have the opportunity to offer invaluable administrative support to our executives and their teams, assisting with day-to-day logistics and event coordination within the Client Services department.

Key responsibilities in this role:
  • Provide daily administrative assistance for the North America Client Services Organization
  • Manage various activities such as robust calendar organization for the Vice President, ensuring alignment with essential events, updating NACO Client Services email lists, coordinating Teams Live Events, handling correspondence, managing expenses, making travel arrangements, maintaining organizational charts, and overseeing department-specific email lists
  • Coordinate requested meetings, handle event logistics, and organize company events in collaboration with internal and external partners and caterers
  • Process invoices, handle recurring purchase requests, assist in vendor management with key suppliers, and ensure accurate documentation and reconciliation of assigned company expenses
The fundamental requirements for this position are:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education coupled with a minimum of 7 years of experience in administrative support roles
  • Proficiency in external vendor communication and management
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
The hourly compensation range for this role is $35.00. This figure is an estimate of the potential salary range we believe is appropriate for this position at this time. Actual compensation may vary. Kindly note that this range could be adjusted in the future.

This role is also eligible for bonus and incentive pay.

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) plans for qualifying employees.

Notably, compensation is deemed earned, vested, and determinable only after meeting specific conditions. Bonus, commission, benefits, and other forms of compensation are subject to the Company's discretion until paid and are subject to change within legal bounds.
