What You Will Do:

While continuing to hone your craft and build your leadership skills, you will
  • Reporting to the service manager, organize and field manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency
  • Run 2 or more crews on large and small projects ranging up to $500,000, depending on your level
  • Lead teams ranging from 1-10 employees
  • Start and manage projects with limited oversight, including Controlled Take-Offs
  • Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Help recruit, train, and develop other foreman, journeyman, and apprentices
  • Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry
  • Make generic written estimates of time, materials, and manpower required to complete service tasks
  • Communicate with vendors, engineers, owners, service managers, and other contractors to ensure jobs are completed within scope and on budget
  • Develop and maintain respectful, positive working relationships with clients and identify sales opportunities
  • Complete service calls when in-between projects
  • Help develop younger service electricians by being the go-to for questions when another electrician is trouble shooting and needs guidance
  • Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships
What You Will Bring:

In addition to holding yourself to the highest standards and having a passion for being the best, you will
  • Depending on your level, have completed 4+ projects as a Foreman (Foremen II and III will have 6-7 years' experience managing high dollar projects and large teams
  • Experience utilizing prefabrication
  • An eye for detail and craftsmanship and the expectation of the highest quality of work output of those you are mentoring
  • Experience and passion for mentoring and developing the next generation
  • Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives
  • Enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanship
  • Be willing to join the on-call schedule and assist with emergency calls when needed
