Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Part-Time Marketing Intern with a strong writing background to join our marketing department. This role is perfect for a creative individual looking to gain hands-on experience in content creation, social media, and marketing strategy within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Write informative and engaging blog posts about hard money lending, real estate investment strategies, and industry trends.
  • Social Media Scripts: Develop compelling scripts for social media content that effectively communicates our brand message and engages our audience.
  • Research: Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and relevance in all content produced.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, plan content calendars, and support various marketing initiatives.
  • Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure it aligns with our brand voice, is error-free, and meets high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Writing Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of Industry: Basic understanding of hard money lending, real estate investment, etc. is helpful but not required.
  • Creativity: Ability to generate creative content ideas that resonate with our target audience.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms and basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS).
  • Portfolio: Submission of writing samples is required, preferably including blog posts and social media content.
