Position Overview:

The Video Marketing Producer will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the creation of marketing video content, guiding projects from initial creative brief to final delivery. This position will spearhead the creative journey of conceptualizing, designing, and producing a variety of engaging digital media, including advertisements and video content for our online platforms, experience centers, and educational initiatives. The ideal candidate will exhibit proficiency in storyboarding, scripting, filming, and editing video content in a streamlined and organized fashion.

Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, providing status updates, communicating revisions and guidance to internal teams and external partners, reviewing content, and ensuring proper uploads as needed. Additionally, this role may involve supporting other marketing, writing, or communication tasks as assigned. Collaboration across various departments will be essential to ensure that project objectives, schedules, and priorities are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce a diverse array of high-quality videos, including instructional, testimonial, and promotional content, from concept through to completion, with a primary focus on social media platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).Develop engaging storyboards, scripts, and video content that effectively communicate the advantages of Hanwha Techwin's products and solutions to support marketing campaigns and brand strategies.Conduct video interviews, cover tradeshows, customer events, and undertake additional projects as assigned.Collaborate with various internal teams to craft narratives that align with the company's branding strategy.Identify and secure filming locations, products, and necessary materials as required.Manage, maintain, and set up video, audio, and lighting equipment.Stay informed about the latest industry trends and competitor activities, proposing innovative content ideas.Transport video equipment to various locations as needed.Ensure all content adheres to corporate branding standards while effectively articulating the rationale behind creative concepts.Present project updates, concepts, and ideas to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

A proactive self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Experience in producing live and product-focused video and/or photography with a keen attention to detail.A creative flair for filming, directing, and editing video, along with a strong understanding of copy and typography.Proficient in operating video, audio, and lighting equipment.Skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite on PC or Mac (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition); familiarity with KeyShot or 3D environments is advantageous.Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment with evolving project directions.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in digital cinematography, film, marketing, communications, video production, fine arts, or a related field.Expertise with Sony FX3 Cameras, DJI Gimbals, and lighting equipment.Basic photography skills for event coverage using a Sony a7R.Experience in shooting, directing, editing, and producing short-form videos, including product introductions, interviews, events, testimonials, demos, and how-to content for social media and digital channels.Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition).A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house marketing team producing video content for recognized global brands.Access to a personal vehicle for transporting equipment and materials.Ability to construct and finalize set pieces for video projects.Willingness to travel up to 20% and lift up to 20 pounds.A portfolio link showcasing your work is required for consideration.
